Chapter 3: Description and Main specification
1 SS120/120 material hoist
1-1 Description
SS120/120material hoist has the characters of:
①The two cages of the material hoist can work independently, with two conical motor and winch for transmission. The two cages can be operated by one person, which ensures the working efficiency to be more than two times of that of ordinary gantry hoist.
②The product possesses advanced and reasonable design, convenient for assembly and disassembly, safe and reliable, with stable performance and high work efficiency.
③The material hoist is equipped with various safety devices including fall- arrest rope- breaking safety protection mechanism,stop layer safety mechanism, multi-functional safety protection mechanism, etc, With functions of upsurging and falling prevention as well as upper and lower limits, the product is able to effectively avoid the potential safety hazard in construction process.
④The asymptotic fall-arrest rope- breaking safety protection mechanism has been adopted for the machine.In case of the, rupture of cage wire rope caused by accident, the fall-arrest rope- -breaking safety protection mechanism will instantly lock the cage onto pipes, with no damage caused to any part, the greater the weight, the greater the braking force.
⑤The machine is equipped with hand - cranking crane, capable of self-heightening and disassembling without need of using other lifting appliances.
⑥National standard seamless steel pipe with high quality has been applied as the standard knot main chord section, which has high strength, excellent interchangeability and long service life.
⑦The steel pipe of whole machine is attached to wall shelf and then connected to the wall, without need of using mooring ropes,which shows more prominent superiority especially at narrow construction site.
